I would give it zero stars if that was an option. Original steam equipment worked fine for about a month until it completely quit working, would not turn on. We checked the outlets to make sure that wasn’t the issue. We never overfilled it or let it run out of water. Customer service was friendly and shipped new equipment. What we received was a different model with no lid. Our original lid did not fit the new model. Contacted customer service again and they shipped a new lid. The new model worked for a few months until the plastic cracked around the rim and no longer created a steam. Just junk! Save your $400!
