Everything went wrong. Took nearly two months to receive, attempted contact multiple times with a response coming after over a month which was vague and then zero communication until the unit failed. This sauna heater is unsafe for use in this case, thin wall black plastic tube cannot handle the temperature of the dry sauna. That caused the poles to melt and warp rendering the unit useless. Not to mention the direct heat from the dry heater to the plastic poles likely caused us to breathe toxic chemicals due to overheating of the plastic. No engineering or safety research was conducted to ensure consumers safety using this product.
