The sauna itself is good. I purchased the pro tropic which definitely does not fit 2 people as advertised. I was also told I would be shipped a cold plunge pool, it never arrived. When I questioned customer service they said I would not get one because of the discount code I applied, but that was never mentioned through the ordering process, and my invoice indicated a cold plunge would be shipped. Overall, not worth the price.
