The sauna is legit!! My wife and I have been using it 3-4 days a week since we purchased it. Assembly is very easy, takes about 15-20 minutes for the sauna to really get warm and once you're inside the sweat is real!! I would compare it to a traditional gym sauna but in the privacy of your own home!! I highly recommend buying one, you won't regret it!!
