Terrible experience with this brand! Whatever you do, please don’t buy from them! It is all just marketing and extremely bad customer service! I asked to cancel my order the day I placed it because I saw some really bad reviews about their so-called portable sauna (should have done this before but the marketing was unfortunately too attractive). They kept beating around the bush and eventually told me the product was already sent (100% lie). I never received an order confirmation mail, nor did I receive a shipping confirmation mail. Exactly 17 days have passed, coming up with all kinds of excuses telling me that they are not able to send me the confirmation mails, while I did receive marketing emails to join their affiliate program right after I placed the order (the irony).
