I placed my order on 6/28/25. It is 7/19/25 and I still do not have the order. Any and all of the tracking info provided by does not work. Customer service told me because they ran out and my order is coming from China….. I asked to cancel and get a refund. I was told I can’t cancel. I think this is all ridiculous, and the fact I’ve been asked to leave a review for a product I have never even received makes it worse.
