If I could give no stars I would

If I could give no stars I would. I ordered the sauna with the dry heater. The sauna arrived within the reported 3-5 days which was impressive. However, I didn’t receive the dry heater. I contacted customer services to chase this up as it looked on the delivery information like I had received it, when I hadn’t. The customer service is absolutely appalling. I sent messages/emails back and forth to them, to which they just either replied the order was on its way or just didn’t respond. As I was due to get a free grounding mat with the delivery, this was the item that was showing as being on its way. I’ve now received the mat, delivery is showing as complete, but I’ve still not received the dry heater or an answer as to its whereabouts. There is no indication that I will receive it, or if it has even been shipped. No apology. No offer of reimbursement for the item I’ve paid for but not received. And to cap it all, having been thoroughly disgusted by the service I’ve received, I’ve asked about returning the sauna (not been used at all), to find I have to meet all the shipping costs (from UK to USA) AND I won’t get all my money back because they take a percentage off for restocking! An absolutely appalling company.
