I purchased the ceramic heater, and all the vertical support poles warped on the first use. I have used the steam heater and although they claim a max temp of 150, it will no go past 120. They also claim the ceramic heater will get up to 185, i cant get it past 140. When I reached out to them they claim the temps they claim are at the output of the heaters not the ambient temp in the sauna, talk about bait and switch. They also will not allow me to return the sauna since it has been used. As soon as i started mentioning a refund to the agent i was chatting with on their site, they went radio silent and I cannot get them to respond. Horrible product and falsely marketed, do not buy!
