Hey there this is the second time I have to send back for a new steamer box it just stops working and the other when couldn’t hold up to reach the heat goals, after being very dissatisfied pay so much for something .. also playing tag with nurecover when it’s not my fault ur machine malfunctions and I am still waiting to hear back although under warranty
