Future buyer beware. By far the worst response time I have ever experience from their customer service. I requested my 15% discount. I was first informed that I would receive a credit. A week later, I wrote back to customer service since I did not receive my credit. A week later, the same person responded that I could not receive the refund since I received the free ice bath. Essentially, it was not free. I am still awaiting return instructions as all the items have not been used and remain in their original packing. I can only imagine how bad their response time will be if I had operational issues.
