I indicated I wanted to return to chiller as it doesn't work. I received email staying I should await an email with a return label. I have sent 3 emails asking where that return label is. Haven't heard a thing. Do not have anything to do with this company. Update -they got back to me!!! They refused to honor the return policy. The policy says pods that have been filled with water cannot be returned. It does not say the water chiller can’t be returned. In fact it specifically says to make sure the water is drained out before returning. These people are basically crooks. Return policy good only if you never use the product??Hey Marc, how is they “investigation” going?? Looks like you took a really deep dive into things given I haven’t heard anything back in three weeks. I think you actually did conclude your “investigation” Results?? It’s ok to rip me off $350 because, after all, what other than putting reviews on Trust Pilot, am I really able to do about it anyway?
