The Sauna enclosure i would give a 5 out of 5 stars, however the unit that creates the steam and heat isn't that great. I've had this unit for a little over a year and i hav egone through 3 units. 1 was an electrical issues, leakage and the last one just stopped working. Customer service was easy to work with, but said i used all my "refunds" up. Had to go on amazon to purchase a new one. Still using the enclosure.
