I had high hopes for the Nuracover portable ice bath, but unfortunately, it hasn’t lived up to expectations. First off, the unit doesn’t maintain cold temperatures—it simply keeps the water at the surrounding air temperature. For a product marketed as an "ice bath," that’s a major letdown unless you’re constantly adding ice, which defeats the purpose of portability and convenience.The materials also feel cheap and flimsy, especially considering the high price point. It doesn’t reflect the quality you'd expect from a product in this range. As someone in the military, I had this stored in its carry case for about 7 months due to deployment. When I finally went to use it again, I found the upper inflatable ring wouldn’t hold air anymore, making the entire bath practically unusable.Overall, the Nuracover looks good on paper but fails in real-world durability and performance. This was a Trustpilot review, not a direct support ticket. No contact was requested, no outreach was attempted. Just a public-facing reply meant to appear proactive while doing absolutely nothing behind the scenes.This kind of response is insulting more than it is helpful. It gives the false impression to other potential customers that the company takes complaints seriously, when in fact, it’s all for show. If Mark—or anyone at the company—truly intended to “make it right,” they would have found a way to get in touch or at least provided a clear path for me to follow up. Instead, silence.This experience only reinforces my original dissatisfaction. Avoid the product, and be wary of the smoke-and-mirror responses to critical reviews.
