I got the big package with the Sauna Tropic "pro" added heated heater and the pod with the chiller. The Sauna feels like it has barely any insulation and doesn't nearly get to the temps as advertised. The added heater has yet to come in and shocker its coming from china. This company has a front as if its british when everything about it screams chinese at some low quality factory. The chiller hoses are horrible and the connections are leaky. The chiller struggles to get the water to even 55f without adding at least 8-10 pounds of ice. (Update) The pump for the chiller just decided to stop working already. What a joke. (Update 2) Now in April, no contact from Nurecover after contacting them about the pump not working and the horrible hoses. The Sauna heater got here weeks late to which I requested to return it for a refund. It's been over a week and they have made zero replies to me. As more time goes on I'm thinking these guys are a straight up scam company just selling dollar store chinese products.
