Edit: I wish I would have looked into these sites or Reddit prior to purchasing. There are threads filled with people having the same experience as me, and of course 0 resolutions from the company. All I can hope now is that other people do better research than myself and save themselves the money and trouble. Don’t get scammed, don’t buy their products. I bought the pod with the chiller. It took me a while to get to setting it up as I needed some assistance to do it (I’m in cancer treatment and was struggling to do it on my own). Before I even had a chance to use it, the inflatable rim developed a leak. When you look at the spot it’s leaking there’s clearly a flaw where the plastic was melted to seal it. When I asked the company for assistance they would not help suggest repairs or consider replacement because I didn’t report it within 10 days. I’ve tried to patch the leak but I doesn’t work because of it’s location. So I still haven’t been able to use it. I recently decided to push through and attempt to use it without inflating the rim, because it’s either that or throw it out. Someone set up the piping for me and one of the plumbing parts is leaking. Again, this thing hasn’t been used. The parts are all of such cheap quality they can’t even make it to the point where I’ve been able to use the tub. I’m honestly flabbergasted at the poor quality of the products they provided when you consider the steep price. The plastic piping is cheap, thin and has permanent kinks from being folded in the packaging. Money is tight when you’re in cancer treatment but I gave it a try because I thought cold therapy would help. I deeply regret wasting my limited resources on this product. If there was any attempt to help remedy the issues that would be different, but it seems once they have your money, they don’t much care what happens. All I’d like is to be able to use the product I paid for.
