I'm extremely disappointed with my experience with Nurecover. Both products I purchased, the dry sauna and the ice bath have serious issues that make them unusable and potentially dangerous.The ice bath arrived leaking and cannot be used at all. As for the dry sauna, the heater repeatedly shuts off and displays an "FF" error code due to overheating, making it impossible to maintain consistent use.More alarmingly, when I attempted to reposition the heater to get it working for more than a few minutes, the heat actually melted the poles of the sauna. I noticed a strong plastic smell and saw the poles begin to warp from the heat—an obvious fire hazard.To make matters worse, I've received no response from Nurecover despite reaching out for support. The lack of customer service and the poor quality of these products has left me thoroughly disappointed.
