Still do not have my heater for my sauna tent 2 weeks later. Very limited responses that were uninformative via customer service (had to send 3 emails to even get a response). Tracking email of heater even worse. I should’ve spent my $500 elsewhere. By far THE WORST customer service experience of all the bio hacking companies. The only “good” part of all of this is after reading other online reviews of your customer service, at least I’m not alone in my suffering.
