I purchased a cold plunge and chiller from Nurecover and was sent information about joining Nurecover’s affiliate program. They provided me with a link and a login for Social Snowball. In good faith, I have generated multiple sales for them. However, when it came time to receive my commission, they completely ignored my emails and messages. For several months I have been trying to get in touch with them all while receiving consistent emails stating I was receiving commissions and sales. After contacting the business and affiliate emails, I reached out to the customer service email and was essentially given the runaround, eventually, the affiliate email responded saying commission payouts would be at the end/beginning of the next month. That came and went and nothing was credited to my account, still, I was receiving emails stating I earned commissions. Again, I reached out to receive the same response; nothing happened at the end of the month. I finally sent all of the email threads I had to the affiliate email, upon which they responded that I had used an invalid code (bear in mind, they provided the code and they provided a generator to make a code) and that I was now banned. No compensation, no commission, and having provided me with no prior warnings, or insight as to what I have done wrong. 🚨 WARNING to all affiliates! Do NOT waste your time promoting Nurecover. They will take your efforts and sales but will NOT pay you your rightful commission. I was very happy and motivated to sell a product I genuinely enjoyed but feel I have been led to promote and provide sales for a dishonest company with shady business practices. Stay away from this scam! 🚨
