I'm leaving this review as it seems to be the only way to get their attention, I have had the steam sauna and cold pod for a couple of years and have enjoyed them. So when I saw the new dry heat option I immediately ordered the new heater. However, that was over 2 weeks ago and despite numerous attempts to contact Nurecover, I have had no response! And now I have been told by the courier that they have lost it, PLEASE CAN NURECOVER RESPOND TO MY EMAILS TO SORT OUT THIS MESS!!!
