My experience with this company has been extremely disappointing. As many others have noted, the real shipping time was not advertised—I did not receive my dry sauna until more than three weeks after placing my order. Upon setup, I followed the instructions carefully, but within minutes of turning it on, the unit displayed a fault code (FF).nothing in the manual to explain what this is.When I contacted customer support, they advised me to set the temperature to 55°C instead of 60°C to prevent overheating but the heating time would be longer. I went back to them again as my unit’s maximum temperature can only be set to go upto 35°C before you get the FF overheat code and the unit shuts down, which was insufficient to produce a sweat. Despite 17 back-and-forth emails, the company has not resolved the issue. I have repeatedly asked what the display reading should be, but this question has been ignored in four separate emails.To make matters worse, I was informed that returning the faulty sauna would require a 20% restocking fee, in addition to covering shipping costs. The company’s alternative offer was a 15% discount to keep a defective product that does not function as advertised. Additionally, their online return portal does not seem to work for customers to proceed if they select "other" as the reason for return as they don’t have an option for faulty.This entire experience has been incredibly frustrating. I CANNOT recommend purchasing from this company, if you do it will be a gamble. Instead of issuing apologies in public forums and pretending to value customer feedback, they should focus on genuinely addressing and resolving customer concerns.
