Horrible customer service. I politely reached out to the company after placing an order, letting them know the dimensions of their product wouldn't work for me, which they promptly responded with an automated response. They asked "did you mean to cancel your order", to which I replied "Yes, the dimensions will not work, so I would like to cancel my order". Three days later, they shipped the product anyway. They have not responded to any of my further emails, and I cannot start the process of return which I now have to pay for... I will never buy from this company, and I'm going out of my way to advise all of my company, friends and family to avoid them because they refuse to respond to me, ignored my cancellation request, shipping the product anyway. I'm being sent repeated "affiliate" requests on top of this. It's unacceptable customer service.UPDATE after TrustPilot review: I attempted to refund the product via their website, and not only was I penalized an $80 RESTOCKING FEE, I also have to pay shipping, which will be likely around $50, perhaps even more. They refuse to waive the restocking fee, so nothing about their claims to "completely resolve it" in this TrustPilot response were accurate in the slightest. They did not work with me on anything, and I haven't heard from them since they contacted me because I posted this review.
