DONT TRUST THIS COMPANY, WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER.

Returned Item in December 2024, with tracking number as requested. NURECOVER received the package in December 2024. No RESPONSE. I Contacted NURECOVER January 26, 2025, NURECOVER requested the tracking number which I emailed to them. I received this response "We have now forwarded the refund request to our finance team. Kindly note that it may take 10-15 business days to complete the refund. Once the refund has been successfully processed, you will receive a confirmation email from us."I followed up March 2025, I still have not received my refund. this is the 2nd response "Thanks for getting back to us and we are sorry to hear that you still have not received your refund. I have requested a follow-up on this with our finance team. Once this has been completed shortly, we will send you an email confirmation." 10 days later this NOT TO BE TRUSTED company NURECOVER, still has not sent any email.
