HORRENDOUS EXPERIENCEI have yet to receive the item but I have completely changed my mind on the day I ordered it.First and foremost, it's the discounts, started off by giving 15%, then 20,% then 30% (after I've made payment on the 15%,) this pretty much feels like being taken advantage of on a 'how low can you go' kind of vibe.Secondly, when a request to cancel the order was made within a few hours after placing it, it was left with a message where pretty much nothing could be done by their customer service, even when the product had not yet been shipped. Continued to reach out to the CS and left ghosted just like that.All this while I have yet to even try the product, but looking at the reviews here, I'm convinced the product is pretty much subpar and definitely not worth the money. I will and DEFINITELY stay away from this brand in any way I can. Next, I'll be facing the refund process; God knows how much I'll need to endure again. (wish me luck) -UPDATE 21.4.25-Since the last review, Mark (Head of Ops from Nurecover) has reached out and have been very supportive in helping me to improve the experience. From getting me the refunds, to helping me with the setup and troubleshooting, it has been very helpful since. It definitely made a difference in terms of the experience!
