Cancelled an order with competitor due to delays and this supposedly being 3-5 days. First part arrived and when I contacted customer services I was surprised to find out they didn’t have them in stock - first mention of it!! Customer service from then was the worst I have experienced- slow to reply and wouldn’t answer a direct question. They even responded with something that was clearly ai generated. To then find out the 100 day return is garbage too - it’s got to be unused - how can you know if you’re satisfied if you haven’t used it?! So couldn’t return the part I had. Avoid at all costs - won’t be using again. At least their competitor kept me informed and I even had the owner ring me personally!Mark (head of operations) seems selective in his replies. I can see daylight through the stitching of my sauna and no reply from customer service - truly awful!Marks default seems to be he’ll look into it and get back to you. Still waiting.
