I have been using the sauna almost daily since I got it. It has been such a great experience for me. My body in general just feels so much better.The instructions are less than helpful lol but a quick google search led me to a very helpful YouTube video. Also, the chair is useless. I am a small person and it was very uncomfortable. It’s for a toddler. I highly recommend buying a bamboo stool off of Amazon as soon as you purchase this so you don’t have to wait. Overall it has been a great experience and I’m so happy i treated myself to my own self care item to add into my routine!
