Ordered the bundle with chiller. I waited to build the plunge until the chiller came. The pod had a leak which I promptly notified Nurecover. Started a back & forth with customer service which at first was prompt then the slowed to a terrible level. After having to take pictures then a video of the leak they decide to send a replacement but then retracted & said they were sending an o-ring which has yet to come. That may correct the ball valve issue but not the leak from the tub itself. So customer service hasn't been helpful so the company sends substandard materials &/or workmanship without caring to fix the issues
