This product was clearly poor quality right out of the box. The so-called “infrared” component was laughable, and it was obvious that assembling it would be a waste of time.However, the worst part was the customer service. After reaching out, responses were painfully slow, and while they did provide a return label (which we had to pay for), they also hit us with a 20% restocking fee. This is nothing but an unfair cash grab.To make matters worse, weeks have passed, and they have yet to process the return. No updates, no communication—just a complete disregard for customers once they’ve made a sale.This has been one of the worst purchasing experiences I’ve had—overpriced, low quality, and backed by frustrating policies.
