If I could give 0 stars I would. Original order was in December 2024.I tried to cancel my order immediately, weeks before it shipped and was unable to.Once it did ship, I received half of my order. The other half says it was delivered, but I have no idea where it was delivered to.I had emailed and called multiple times to return the half of the order I did receive, and how the company is handling the missing half of the order. I had not received any communication back until after almost 2 weeks.When they did reply, I received an image of the package being delivered, and it was clearly delivered to the wrong address, as the two proofs of deliveries were clearly two completely different dwellings. This reply came in mid-January I live in a house and half of the order was delivered to an apartment building.The walls and door are not even the same color as my house. The image is blurry as though there was no care in delivering to the proper address.I received an email that since it was delivered, it counts as delivery even though it was to the wrong address. I was informed they were sending a replacement item to complete the order. I asked them to cancel the order and they said the item already shipped. This was on January 29th, and the replacement item has not been shipped, as of February 22nd their customer service has added additional hoops to canceling and returning my order, but have been radio silent on providing return details or tracking details.This company is a complete scam and they make it almost impossible to return their products, or even receive your entire order.Avoid this company completely. I have no idea how they are in business. It is a total scam.Order number: NU314977
