Do NOT shop here if you’re looking for a properly working product and good customer service. I’ve had my sauna since the middle of November of 2024 and the steamer pot gave out within 2 weeks. They sent me a replacement after a month only for the replacement to be broken upon arrival. I am writing this review as of February 21st, 2025, and have yet to receive the replacement item. I’ve contacted them over and over and over again, jumped through their hoops and sent them videos and everything, only to have them stop replying to me altogether. Don’t buy from this company, and if you run into the same issues I am, just initiate a chargeback with your financial institution as this company is not upholding their end of the transaction commitment regarding the 1-year warranty.
