Bought in good time for Christmas but arrived near new year- sauna broke within a week. Sent videos as they requested and umpteen emails over last 2 months but no reply - totally disgusting customer service. Supposed to be under warranty for one year but can’t get through to anyone!!7th March - still mot heard anything even though i sent the requested details!
