I initially reached out to NuRecover regarding my SmartSteam device issue on February 10. At that time, I was promised a follow-up within 24 hours via email and on Trustpilot. Despite these assurances, they have yet to respond to any of my emails or Trustpilot messages. Their continued lack of communication is very disappointing.I expected much better customer service from NuRecover. Since they have now ignored all my attempts to resolve this issue, I will be reporting this matter to the Better Business Bureau.Based on my experience so far, I cannot recommend NuRecover.
