I originally started with a negative review of 1 only due to poor customer service regarding them not responding to a problem I was having with my order! After one month I have finally received help in regards to my order! I thought I was missing an item that they corrected! I will give them a 4 star rating now in regards to their compliance with this order! We really do enjoy the steam sauna! Thank you,Debbie
