Horrendous customer service!!! I received my Nurecover tropic pro red-light sauna and was excited to start using the product. But, when I started to assemble it, I quickly realized the connectors, red-light and clips were missing from my order. Have you ever tried to assemble a tent without the frame and hardware?!?! It's not possible. I went to their website for help and reached out to their "24hr customer service". I tried reaching out via chat, email and phone only to receive zero response. I have been trying to reach Nurecover support for days on multiple platforms and they are never available. The web link shows they are always offline, and no phone calls have ever been answered no matter what time I try calling. After my experience I have realized through research others have experienced the same issue with missing parts and inability to reach anyone for support. This is hands down the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I have been left with no choice but to dispute the charge with my credit card company since I didn't receive the full order, and they refuse to provide any support. Don't make the same mistake I did!!!!! Avoid this company at all cost.
