TERRIBLE customer service and support. NO ONE monitors the customer service phone number, no return calls. Pod arrived on time, chiller over a month later. Chiller itself works well and cools, but the plumbing and hardware is cheap and leaks at most major connection points, especially top of the chiller. LOTS of plumbers tape helps but still leaks. I’ve tried my best but to enjoy the product but am not happy now am stuck, no support. One gentlemen promptly returned my first help email, then went silent. It’s been over a week.
