I ordered a sauna and got a free ice bath. Ice bath arrived and sauna did not. I contacted the company several times. Initially, they said was in transit and then they went quiet. I cancelled order and got another sauna from a different company. 3 weeks later the sauna from nurecover arrived. They are now seeking to charge me 20% of the value of the sauna to cover their costs of returning. This would be fine if they had communicated with me rather than going silent and the sauna being so late. Avoid these guys... If anything goes wrong they will fail to respond and then play dirty.Update: you will see the standard nurecover response on here that they have requested the order details from trust pilot. They do this for any bad review but do not resolve the issue. It's a neat scamming technique to make them look legitimate. I'm currently in a stand off with them as I refuse to pay the shipping fees and so do they.
