2nd review on here about these as I've still not heard anything even though someone replied to last comment and contacted me, but after I'd sent my order details through communications went silent. So I've tried to return the item as other as it's just got the wrong poles but once I'm trying to upload the photos it starts the process from the beginning so I'm just on neverending process. So I tried again but returning it as wrong item and they try charge £58 for the privilege even though I couldn't use it if I wanted. 🤯😡😡 just tried to return it by a different route and it said I'm out of the 90 days returns policy they have..... erm 25th January to 27th February is apparently more than 90 days. They must be from planet zob Haha, obviously just a bot of some sort that replies as it's the same reply for everyone. No mention of my failed attempts of a solution from my 1st review 🤡🤡. I'm afraid I'm fighting a losing battle and I'm going to have to source the poles from elsewhere
