I purchased the Tropic Pro sauna. When it first arrived and began setting it up, the material felt a bit cheap, and the instructions regarding installing the coupling piece for the steam tube into the sauna were non-existent. But overall after using it for three weeks, I have really enjoyed it. Another reason I only gave it 3 stars is because upon arrival it did not include the free ice bath as advertised, and I have tried to reach out to customer service twice and received no reply, which is frustrating.
