The cover has small holes all over it and what little steam it produces leaks out of the holes. Speaking of steam, this thing doesn't produce enough steam to reach the temperature it said it does, which is between 130 and 150. It never got above 93F!!! The zipper is crap and was broken when it arrived. Customer service is trash. I submitted a request for RMA more than 2 weeks ago, and haven't heard back. I tried calling at different times of the day, and they are always busy and or closed. The point is, no one answers the phone or email.
