I have been trying to get a refund for the water chiller since 12/24/24. I have paid for shipping it back myself as per your request. I sent a picture of the tracking information and also of the water chiller. It arrived back to you on 1/9/25. Since then, I tried calling your US customer service every day for a week leaving a voicemail every time. I even called the UK customer service. I have provided everything asked for and NOW my case is closed!! You haven't resolved my issue with the water chiller return and refund. Every response back from you took an average of three days when your website states "usually replies in a few hours" I just want my money back for what I returned over a month ago.
