Ordered this for my wife for Christmas. She loved it and all was going fine until about 6 weeks later, when the heating unit began smoking and smelling like something electrical burning. The unit then shut off completely. I've contacted the company via there website chat and, despite a note saying they "usually reply in a few hours" I got no response in 5 days. I also called their support line multiple times and got the "all our representatives are busy, leave a message for a callback." I did leave a message and never received a call back. UPDATE: I DID RECEIVE A NOTICE FROM TRUSTPILOT THAT NURECOVER REQUESTED MY EMAIL ADDRESS SO THAT THEY COULD CONTACT ME. THREE DAYS LATER ... STILL NO CONTACT.
