This is my third negative review on this company.Yesterday, finally, got an email response from Nurecover that someone would be back in touch with me within 24 hours. NO SUCH LUCK! I spent over $1200 for the combination sauna and ice pod with ice pod water chiller. I have yet to receive the ice pod water chiller nor a phone call or email to resolve this issue. I have been trying to get my water chiller (that I paid for) for close to 3.5 weeks. I tried calling customer support today and again, no one answers the phone. Stull waiting on an email from support services to resolve the issue. THIS IS JUST RIDICULOUS. The time, energy, effort, frustration, and aggravation that this is causing me is unfair. It has almost been a month since I placed my order and this company is silent and seems like they feel it is ok just to take your money and not deliver the products ordered.
