I'm experience a serious support issue with Nurecover and they are being unresponsive. I created an initial support case in September 2024 when my steamer stopped working, rendering my Sauna inoperable. I received an immediate (bot) response and provided the requested video. I followed up with 2 emails and 2 phone calls with no response. I now see that case is closed. I've just opened a second support ticket and have only received a bot response. I am very near the end of my warranty period and need either a replacement steamer unit, or a refund.
