I’ve purchased nurecover Tropic Home Steam Sauna, received it, set it up and it didn’t work out of the box. At settings of P15 temperature and after 45mins no steam from this unit. Email their support about it and their support wanted me to video the problem, which I provided them. I provided their support the water level below max line and video of no steams after 5, 10, 15, 20,….to the end of 45 mins and still no steam from this unit. Their support reply back and ask additional video if the unit is boiling inside the unit. Now, lets think about that situation, if no steam is coming of the unit after 40-45 mins, do you think the water is boiling inside this unit?
