I haven't assembled the product yet because the instructions are either incorrect, incomplete, or whatever and I haven't been able to contact customer service........ or rather they haven't bothered to respond after 4 days. I'm fairly handy so I have the assembly figured out, and am curious to see how it works. Customer service is a likely precursor to what I expect from the product performance so my bar is low. I can say that I wouldn't recommend the product based purely on the customer service, or lack thereof.
