This is the 3rd time you have asked for my review and the 3rd time I am responding. I ordered the Nurecover on December 10th, order #NU298638, the tropical Pro with a free pod portable ice bath. Got delivery of item on December 19th. Wife opened on Christmas morning. We put the sauna together and noticed we did NOT get the free ice bath nor the microfiber cleaning towel with the package. Didn’t want to leave a bad review so I emailed the support and was told I would have a reply within 24 hours. That has not happened. I then figured if I left a negative review somebody would put 2&2 together and someone from customer service would be in touch. Instead I got another email from TrustPilot that said they needed more info than what I had given. So I sent the same info and then I get 3 different emails requesting a review I am disappointed in the support and customer service so far. Would be happy to tell you what I think of the sauna but until I get EVERYTHING I ORDERED, I will respond with a negative review every time you ask for one. In fact I’m just going to copy and paste and will respond in that manner. Please prove me wrong and show me that you do care and have good customer service
