It took a while for the products to come in. They came in two different shipments about a week apart. So, it made me wonder if I was getting all that I ordered. It finally all came in, with everything. The sauna works great, although kind of cramped for a 6ft person. The ice bath is a good size and works great. Overall, I would recommend these products.
