I am extremely disappointed with the experience my sister and I have had with nurecover. She placed an order for your product online for $450. Shortly after, I noticed the exact same product listed on the website for $300. Within 30 minutes of her placing the order, we attempted to cancel it through multiple messages to the support team. Despite this, we received no response until much later, at which point they claimed the package had already shipped and cancellation was not possible. It seems implausible that the package shipped within 30 minutes of the order, especially since we had already reached out to cancel.When the package finally arrived, I saw a friends who bought it and it was of extremely poor quality—made from cheap plastic with holes in it, rendering it unusable as it would leak if water were added. So i did not open mine because they told her that she couldn't return it if it had been opened. Additionally, while they claim to be based in the UK, the package was shipped from China, as evident from the tracking details.Moreover, the tracking number provided was initially invalid, and when the package eventually arrived (later than expected), it did not meet even the most basic quality standards for the price paid. Now, the team is asking us to pay shipping costs to return it to the UK and offering only a 30% refund. This is unacceptable.Given the misleading product descriptions, poor quality, and substandard customer service, I request a full refund for this order. Please address this matter promptly to avoid further escalation.
