We placed our order the first week of December. I was told our order had shipped. I was given a tracking number for FedEx and it said it was sitting in Carson, California as of December 12th with a “shipping exception”. I sent this company multiple emails asking for updates and or a refund. I have not heard back from them as of today. I contacted FedEx directly today, they stated they do not have the order. I have yet to hear from Nurecover regarding a solution to this problem.
