I had waited for over 2 weeks for the product to arrive initially. In their defense, they did provide information as to its whereabouts and the delays, for this they were helpful. Upon receiving the package and opening, we discovered there were not enough poles to properly place together to fit the sauna tarp(supposed to be 14 long poles/received 4). Since that time(3 days have elapsed) comprised of 5-10 phone calls to Customer Service and 7 emails, I have received no call backs or replies. At this point I would like return the item because it is unusable, but cannot get any traction with that either. I would love for someone from Nurecover to reach out and not an automated bot response. From a very happy customer with the initial purchase to an unhappy one in the blink of an eye. Update: have finally heard from the company and things did get rectified after numerous emails. Tried the sauna last night and it was wonderful. Still customer service needs to be more timely for sure but in the end they did come through.
