I’m a US customer. Terrible customer service. I ordered this on 12/14 with 3-5 day shipping. It’s 12 days later and still nothing. It says it is still in California. I contacted them via email which says they will respond in 24 hours. It has been 4 days and still nothing. I tried calling them and was willing to wait on the phone if I had to but it sent me to voicemail! And this is during their posted open hours. I’m starting to believe this is a scam. The worst part is that I sent it to the address we would be at for Christmas and we will not be there starting tomorrow. I’m so angry. If this does not get fixed properly, I plan to contact the Better Business Bureau and report this company. They had no problem taking my money but a serious issue delivering and communicating. Awful.
